New Jersey's Ban on single-use plastic products takes effect starting 2021.

November 4th, 2021

Effective November 4th, 2021 food service businesses shall only provide a single-use plastic straw to a customer upon request by the customer.

May 4th, 2022

Effective May 4th, 2022 food service businesses may not provide or sell customers single-use carry-out plastic bags and polystyrene foam food service products.
